Consultancy & Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between:

Arma Education Consultancy along with Beyond Borders with Shermika (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultancy")

and the applicant student and/or their parent/guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "Student/Parent").

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of the consultancy services to be provided by the Consultancy during the Student's overseas education application, placement, and adaptation process, as well as the rights and obligations of the Parties.

The Consultancy shall provide the following core advisory services:

• Guidance in selecting universities and academic programs matching student profiles;
• Complete management of university application and enrollment procedures;
• Preparation, review, and verification of the required application documents;
• Consultancy regarding temporary and permanent residence permit procedures;
• Assistance in finding and arranging accommodation options (student dormitories, rental apartments, etc.);
• Support with travel and transportation planning;
• Private airport pickup service and transportation to the student's accommodation;
• Ongoing consultancy support throughout the student's first education period;
• Consultancy regarding official documents (including student certificates, military service deferment, enrollment records, and student file registrations);
• Consultancy and guidance for the interview processes required by the enrolled university.

The total consultancy fee is USD 2,000. Payment shall be structured and made as follows:

• At the time of registration – USD 500
• After completion of the student's physical university registration process – USD 500
• Balance payment (after the Student has completed the physical enrollment process) – USD 1,000

Late Payment Terms: If payment is delayed, the Consultancy reserves the right to suspend its services until payment is settled. In addition, the Consultancy reserves the right to demand payment of 50% of the total service fee.

If the Student/Parent cancels the process after the consultancy services have commenced, 40% of the total service fee shall become immediately payable. Official application fees, government charges, and payments made to third parties are strictly non-refundable.

The Student/Parent shall provide all required information and documents accurately, completely, and within the deadlines specified by the Consultancy. The Consultancy shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information or documentation provided by the Student/Parent.

The Consultancy shall conduct the consultancy process professionally and with due care and diligence, keeping the Student regularly informed about the progress of their application.

The Consultancy shall not be held liable for decisions made by universities, consulates, or other official government authorities, nor for any legal, disciplinary, or criminal matters involving the Student while residing or studying abroad.

The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and documents obtained during the term of this Agreement. The Student/Parent expressly consents to the collection, processing, and sharing of their personal data (including with universities and consulates) solely for the purpose of carrying out the application and visa services.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
